Contax NXが、動作しなかったということで、申し訳ありません。
誠意を持って、対応させていただきますが、いくつか確認させてください。
1.NAM-1を介して645レンズを取り付けた場合のみ動作しませんか？カメラと例えば他のレンズで試されたりとかはされてますでしょうか？
NAM-1は正常かどうかは分かりますか？
故障がカメラか、NAM-1かを判断する為の質問ですので、お気を悪くされないでください。
2.カメラのみ返品希望で、NAM-1は返品希望されないということでよろしいでしょうか

Question 1 is to find out if the failure is caused by Contax NX or NAM-1.
1. Does the camera fail to start up only when the lens is mounted with NAM-1? Have you tried to mount other lenses? Is it possible to confirm NAM-1 is working properly?
2. Is my following understanding that you would like to refund the camera only, not NAM-1, correct?
