Contax NXが、動作しなかったということで、申し訳ありません。
誠意を持って、対応させていただきますが、いくつか確認させてください。
1.NAM-1を介して645レンズを取り付けた場合のみ動作しませんか？カメラと例えば他のレンズで試されたりとかはされてますでしょうか？
NAM-1は正常かどうかは分かりますか？
故障がカメラか、NAM-1かを判断する為の質問ですので、お気を悪くされないでください。
2.カメラのみ返品希望で、NAM-1は返品希望されないということでよろしいでしょうか

We are truly sorry that your Contax NX is not working.
As we would like to respond to this problem with full sincerity, please confirm the following conditions:
1. Did it stop functioning only under the condition when the 645 lens was installed through NAM-1? Have you ever tried other lenses on the camera?
Is your NAM-1 functioning normally?
Please do not feel offended since these questions are just to make sure if the malfunctioning came from the camera or your NAM-1.
2. Is it correct that you would like to return only the camera but not your NAM-1?
