私のショップは返品を受け付けていませんが
未開封商品を私の手元に返送頂ければ
特別に返金対応させて頂きます

この商品はセット販売ではありませんので
セットの記載はありません
また、実際に今まで販売したバイヤーからのクレームもありません
ただせっかくご購入頂いたのに
満足してもらえないのも残念ですので
商品到着後の返金対応でいかがでしょうか

We have a proposal for this order. Our shop usually does not accept a return but if you reship the unopened product to me, we will make a refund only for this particular case.
It's shown on our ordering page, but this product is not a set product.
Also, we never received any complaints from the buyers we sold the product to.
However it would be very disappointing if you did not like your purchased item, so how about a refund after the arrival of the product?
I've already informed e-bay of this matter.
