はじめての外国人インターン受け入れを翌月に控えた2012年12月、「GIP」という長い名前のチームが組成されました。社内ではプロジェクトチームのこともインターンシッププログラムのことも、GIPと呼ばれていました。初期メンバーはCTO/CEO、エンジニア・バックオフィスから数名ずつと私。最初は外国人学生の受け入れに関する相談タイム／共有タイムがメインでしたが、すぐにセブ送りの選抜など、英語トレーニングについての議論なども始まりました。
In December 2012, which was ahead of the first acceptance of foreign interns in the following month, the team "GIP", which has a long name, was formed.
