はじめての外国人インターン受け入れを翌月に控えた2012年12月、「GIP」という長い名前のチームが組成されました。社内ではプロジェクトチームのこともインターンシッププログラムのことも、GIPと呼ばれていました。初期メンバーはCTO/CEO、エンジニア・バックオフィスから数名ずつと私。最初は外国人学生の受け入れに関する相談タイム／共有タイムがメインでしたが、すぐにセブ送りの選抜など、英語トレーニングについての議論なども始まりました。

In 2012, December, it was the first time that we started to accept the foreigner for the internship. Then the organization of GIP is the name of the team. In the office, our project team and internship program was called GIP. The first generation member was CTP CEP, engineer back office and me. The first, talking about accepting the foreigner students but later on, starting the lecture about the English training.
