新年会についてお知らせがありご連絡します。
例年我々のグループ会社が合同で新年会を行っています。
来年は1月4日（日）に新年会を行うのですが、良かったら参加しませんか。
＊＊＊社長や＊＊＊(株)・＊＊＊(株)の社員も参加します。
場所は＊＊＊ホテル１１階のゴールドルーム（下記URL参照）、時間は12：30～14：30です。
背広かジャケット着用でお願いします。
お手数ですが、参加の可否を折り返しご連絡下さい。

I have a news about a new year party.
The subsidiaries of our company have a joint new year party
every year.
We will hold it on January 4th (Sunday) next year.
Would you like to join us?
Not only xxx, the president but also the staff of xxx and xxx will participate in it.
It is held in the Gold Room on the 11th floor of xxx Hotel between 12:30 and 14:30 (please refer to the URL below).
May we ask you to wear a suit or a jacket?
