I would really appreciate it if you could give me any more details.
Your company will be responsible:

1) To collect deals related to food & beverage, entertainment and shopping from Japan, and other countries if any. Each deal to last for 3 months to 6 months.
2) To discuss terms and conditions of deals with merchants (deal suppliers).
3) To write editorial for deal.

You will send us merchants’ deals to us periodically through emails. We will verify and select deals suitable for us. At the end we will pay the commission to your company after the expiration of each deal posting.

貴社には次の条項を負う必要があります。
1)必要に応じて、日本またその他の国から食料・飲料、エンターテインメント、ショッピングに関する取引をする。各取引は3ヶ月から6ヶ月間とする。

3)取引の条件を書面にする。
