事前報告ですが現在、下記バイヤーの対応中です

バイヤーは送られた商品が偽物だと言っていますが
私が取り扱っている商品はすべて正規代理店から仕入れ、
検品後に配送しているので問題ないと思っています

ただ先方は偽物が届いて困っているとのことなので
商品を一度送り返してもらって調べることにしました

後日 ebayのサポートセンターにも相談があるかもしれません

その時はバイヤーが困らないように対応してあげてください

いずれにせよ私はバイヤーとebayの不利益にならないよう
ビジネスを続けていきます

As the report after the fact, we have been negotiating with the buyer below.

The buyer says that the product delivered was fake, but I believe it should not be so because all the products on my store are directly bought from authorized dealers and checked before sent.

However, we decided to have it returned and checked again in order to respond to the buyer's complaint.

eBay's support center might receive a report soon or late. Please support the buyer in solving the trouble.

I am going to proceed this deal so as not to give both eBay and the buyer any disadvantages.
