In addition to the prior remedy that has been submitted, please be informed that we have also determined the following with regard to the item registration error as you mentioned, and initial defects:

- Upon item registration, the assigned staff must thoroughly confirm the following:
1. Confirmation by photo
2. Confirmation by UPC code
3. Confirmation by ASIN code
4. Confirmation by initial defect

By conducting the above, we shall prevent the item registration error and shipping the defected products.
