１．恐らく現在残っている在庫商品はBとなります。
これらの在庫をBとして入庫して頂くことは可能ですか？

２．２回目の納品において当社はB商品を４８点納品しましたが、
JANコードが異なるにも関わらず24点がA商品と誤って納品され、
B商品が24点入庫されていない状況です。

残る24点の在庫の所在と、私たちに何ができるのか教えてください。

このような問題を再発させない一番の方法は、納品時の商品リストの確認の徹底です。

当社ではこれまで以上に徹底して納品情報を精査することをお約束いたします。

2. For second delivery we sent 48 pieces of B, but despite of the fact JAN code was different, 24 were mistakenly delivered as A and 24 of B has not been stored.

Please let us know where the remaining 24 are located and what we can do about it.

The best way not to let an issue like this happen again is to thoroughly check item list when delivering.
