私がお願いしたいのはネガティブ評価を変更していただくことです。
本来は修理させていただきたいのですが、ご返送していただかなくてはいけないので、手間と費用がかかるのでそれは必要ありません。
カメラが故障したことのお詫びと、カメラの修理代として、一部ご返金させていただきたい。
レンズは使えるとのことですので全額ではありませんが300USDをご返金し、そのかわりポジティブに変更いただけませんでしょうか？

I would like to repair originally, as return will create extra effort and cost, so it is not necessary to send it back.
We are very sorry for the broken camera, please let us to refund a part to you as the repair cost of camera.
As lens still can be used, so only USD300 will be refunded instead of full amount. In return, would you please change rating to positive?
