Dear Sir/Madam,
I would appreciate your kind assistance.
Last week I checked with Amazon on status of Delevery and was advised "delivered and recieved" in UK.
I recived a message from Amazon UK today that package has been dispatched and estimated delivery to the UK by 19 December 2014?
I sent a previous email requesting if the delivery could be expedited to recieve by End November 2014. This is a Birthday present for my daughter on 9 December 2014. I offered to pay any additional costs. I received your reply advising not to worry, package will be given priority using international speed post (EMS).
