It's defective or doesn't workとかかれてますが、FDレンズはもともとEFマウントのカメラでは使用できません。
不良品ではなくマウントを間違われたということですよね？
返品理由が間違っていると思われるのですが、いかがでしょうか？

In the Reason section, you stated that "It's defective or doesn't work". But actually, FD lens cannot be used on EF mounted camera from the start. I believe this is not a defect, but a misunderstanding, isn't it?
