Thank you for providing us with the updated credit card form however,
we are still unable to accept this form of payment. As it is stated in
our agreement, we can only accept Visa, Master and Discover cards that
are registered to a US address with a numerical house number and 5
digit zip code. Although your new billing address has a 5 digit zip
code, the house numbers are unrecognizable by our credit card
authorization system.
Your application will remain on hold until the terms of agreement can be met.
新しいクレジットカードの申込書をお送りいただき、ありがとうございました。しかし残念ながら、この申込書では、まだお支払いいただくことができません。契約書に書いておりますように、弊社では、ビザ、マスター、ディスカバーの各カードが、お住まいの番地と５ケタの郵便番号にひも付けて登録されている場合のみ、ご使用になることができます。お客様の請求先の住所は、５ケタの郵便番号は記載されていますが、番地に関しては弊社のクレジットカード承認システムでは確認できませんでした。
上記のお客様の申請書は、上記の要件が満たされるまで保留となります。
