Nice try だと思います。右利きというのは手の話で腕ではありません。それから橈骨遠位端というのは腕の骨の手に近い側のことを表すので厳密に言うと右手の骨折ではありません。それから内科的な手術と外科手術の場合手術と言う訳語が異なりますので注意が必要です。ややこしいとは思いますが、調べてみるところから頑張ってください。
