9/15日に発送して頂いたようですが、まだ商品が届いていません。
トラッキングしてみたところ、9/17日に"Opening"のまま、進展がありません。
郵便事故のようでしたら、一度返金をお願いします。

I tried to track, the opening was on 17 September but no progress of it.
