My apologies if the email I sent seemed abrupt. I was concerned with catching every buyer before they paid with paypal. The problem lies with the invoice you would have received should checkout have been completed. For some reason ebay decided to put an old email address on it (it has been defunct for some 5 years). This meant that any paypal payments were not even reaching paypal and were left `pending` somewhere. As such I couldn`t even do a refund and you would have had to do a cancellation.
