b. Stop making any statements or representations that Dealer is an authorized reseller, dealer, distributor or other representative of Cecilio;
c. Return to Cecilio any and all marketing collaterals and sales literature, including but not limited to, brochures, catalogs, price lists,
banners, flyers, and/or posters.
9.2 After termination, Dealer will remain liable for any obligations agreed to before termination.
9.3 On termination, all amounts Dealer owes to Cecilio will become immediately payable (even if the due date has not arrived). Cecilio can
reject all or part of any orders from Dealer which remain to be fulfilled at termination.
