12.1 Cecilio shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond Cecilio’s reasonable
control.

13.1 The paragraph headings contained herein are for reference only and shall not be considered substantive parts of this Agreement. The use of
the singular or plural form shall include the other form.
14. Counterparts
14.1 This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of
which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
