THIS APPLICATION CANNOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS YOU INITIAL ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ON THIS PAGE HERE:

6.2 Confidential Information does not include any information, however designated, that: is or subsequently becomes publicly available
without Dealer’s breach of any obligation under this Agreement; became know to Dealer prior to disclosure under this Agreement; or were
received properly and legally by Dealer form a third party without restrictions on their use. This obligation shall last three (3) years after the
termination of dealership account with Cecilio.

本契約を行使する両当事者は、執行する権限がある旨を保証する。ディーラーの代理として署名。

貴方が本ページの条件の承諾に署名しない限り、本申請は処理されない。

6.2 極秘情報は、指定された情報を含まない。
これらは、以下の通りである。

１．本契約においてディーラーによる義務の違反なく公開された情報。
２．本契約における開示に先立ちディーラーへ周知された情報。
３．使用制限を伴わず第三者からディーラーが正当且つ合法に受領した情報。

これらの義務は、セシリオ社とのディーラーシップアカウントの終了後３年間継続する。
