Cecilio desires to appoint Dealer, the non-exclusive right to sell and distribute Cecilio musical instruments products (“Products”). Dealer desires to
accept appointment, as a Dealer of Cecilio Products. Dealer is engaged in the sale and distribution of musical instrument products and desires to have
the right to sell and distribute the Products upon the terms and conditions set forth below and Cecilio’s standard Terms of Sale (which may change from
time to time).
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties (“Parties”) hereto, intending to be legally
bound, hereby agree as follows:
Cecilioは、Cecilio音楽楽器製品（「製品」）の非独占販売および配布権にDealerを指名する。Cecilio製品のDealerとしてDealerはその指名を承諾することを望む。Dealerは音楽楽器製品の販売及び配布に従事し、下記及びCecilio標準販売規約（適宜変更の可能性あり）に定められた規約条件に基づき製品の販売及び配布の権利を有する。
よって、ここに含まれる双方の契約及び条件を考慮し、両当事者（「当事者」）は法的関係を結ぶ為に下記内容に同意する。

Very good
