Firstly, in response to your question of shipping, the fastest delivery is via Japan post EMS(Express Mail Service) which takes 7 to 10 days to be delivered since the day we have the order. But additional $10 is needed for the shipping.
And via SAL(Surface mail and Economy Air), it should take 2 to 4 weeks.
Please give or take some days considering it is international delivery.

Secondary, as for the strap, we are afraid that we cannot open and check it since they are kept in brand new condition. We hope you will kindly understand.

This item is popular and especially sells well in Halloween season.
In case of product not available at the stock, we issue refund.
