お客様の元に商品があるので物理的に対応できません。
お客様を待たせているので至急替えの本体を送ってください。

交換に対応できないのであればクレームとして申請します。

I'm very sorry but we cannot repair the machine.
There's no one who are capable of doing that either.
You're not supposed to ask a purchaser to do any inspection, and I think it's your responsible for not doing proper checking.

Physically, it is impossible to do what you asked for since the machine is on client's site.
We're keeping our client waiting, so please send the replacement as soon as possible.

If you cannot offer the replacement, I would officially file a complaint.
