そのあと商品の返品をいただきましたが商品自体は時計の針が動かず中の部品が破損しておりました。
商品についてはこちらで修理を行ったあとに返金対応をしたかったのですが、商品が壊れた状態で全額返金という内容で相手が話ている状態ですので話がなかなか進みません。

・商品は完全に購入者都合（サイズの勘違い）による返品となっていること。
・返品された商品が破損した状態となっていること。

以上、2点の理由によりこちらとしては修理金額を差し引いた金額分を返金したいと考えております。

Later the product was returned to us, and the product itself is a watch whose hand doesn’t move because of parts inside are damaged.
We wanted to issue a refund after having it repaired, but the customer insists on getting refunded while leaving the product broken, so we have not made any progress.

For the reasons above, we would like to refund the product price minus the repair cost.
