①PAYPALに確認したところ、EBAYにクレームを申請してから、返品をしたほうが良い、というアドバイスをもらいました。すぐに返品しますので、受け取り次第、返金処理をお願い致します。

②PAYPALに確認したところ、2台だけの返金申請は難しいが、１０台全部であれば、返品すれば返金を要求できるとの事でした。そこで私は１０台全部返品し全額返金してもらいたい、と思います。
もし、２台分の返金要求をのんで頂けるなら、ご連絡下さい。

1)I contacted Paypal, and they adviced me that I had better send back the item after my claim application to EBAY.
I will send back the item soon. So please pay back to me as soon as you get it.

2)I asked PAYPAL, and they say that the application for pay back for only two items is difficult, but, if all ten items altogether, it would be possible. So, I will return all ten items and ask the pay back.
