御社から購入した商品の内1点が不良品と思われるので返品したいのですが、対応していただけますか？
私は送料が高いため船便を使用しています。そのため2ヶ月という期間が空いてしまい、申し訳ありません。

・不良品詳細
靴（ヒール部分）の色があきらかに左右で違います。他サイズの商品は問題ありませんでしたが、US8.5の右靴のみ黄ばんでいます。
商品は使用していませんので、配送時の状態です。

日本からの送料は私が負担しますので、購入時の商品代・送料の返金をお願いします。
返送先住所を教えて下さい。

I think one of the items I purchased from you company has failure so I want to return it, will you accept this?
I use seafreight because of high shipping cost. Sorry that's why it took 2 months.

-Details of failure
Obviously the color of shoes (on heels) are different for left and right. There was no problem on other size shoes, but only the right show of US8.5 is yellow.
I have not used the item, so this is the condition when it was delivered.

I'll bear the shopping cost from Japan, so please refund purchased amount and postage.
