御社から購入した商品の内1点が不良品と思われるので返品したいのですが、対応していただけますか？
私は送料が高いため船便を使用しています。そのため2ヶ月という期間が空いてしまい、申し訳ありません。

・不良品詳細
靴（ヒール部分）の色があきらかに左右で違います。他サイズの商品は問題ありませんでしたが、US8.5の右靴のみ黄ばんでいます。
商品は使用していませんので、配送時の状態です。

日本からの送料は私が負担しますので、購入時の商品代・送料の返金をお願いします。
返送先住所を教えて下さい。

I believe one of products that I have purchased from your company to be defective, I would like to return. Could you please refund it for me?

・Defective goods details
The color of shoes (heels) is different in the left and the right obviously. The products of other sizes have no problems, but only the right shoe of US8.5 is yellowed.
Since the products have never used, It is in the state at the time of delivery.

I will pay shipping from Japan. Could you please refund the cost of the product and the postage at the time of purchase?
