メーカーのGriffon Enterprise商品の発売日が20１４年１１月未定に変更されたと連絡がありました。
大変申し訳ございません。

2013年12月に発売の発表があった時には、発売予定日は2014年１月でした。
それから何度も延期され、私たちはその度にカスタマーに謝罪しお待ちいただくようお願いしてきました。
私たちは、深い深い失望を味わっています。もう信用できません。

つきましては商品のキャンセルをしたいと思います。

We were told that Griffon Enterprise’s product will not be on sale until in late November 2014.
We are very sorry.
When we heard about the release in December 2013, it was scheduled to be on sale in January 2014.
It has been postponed several times, and we keep apologizing to customers each time.
We are deeply disappointed. We can’t trust them.
So we would like to cancel the order.
