メーカーのGriffon Enterprise商品の発売日が20１４年１１月未定に変更されたと連絡がありました。
大変申し訳ございません。

2013年12月に発売の発表があった時には、発売予定日は2014年１月でした。
それから何度も延期され、私たちはその度にカスタマーに謝罪しお待ちいただくようお願いしてきました。
私たちは、深い深い失望を味わっています。もう信用できません。

つきましては商品のキャンセルをしたいと思います。

We have been informed that the release date of items being manufactured by Griffon Enterprise will be changed to November 2014 (tentative).
We apologize for this bad news.

When they announced the releasing of new items in December, 2013, the expected release date was January, 2014.
After then, the release date was differed many times, and we apologized customers for waiting.
We are feeling very deep disappointment on this matter. We cannot trust them anymore.

In view of this, we would like to cancel the items.
Would you accept the issuance of refund?
