我々の倉庫のスタッフに聞いたところ、8/5に注文した商品がまだ届いてないとのことです。
この日より後に注文した商品は既に受け取っているものもあります。
8/5に注文した商品だけ、送り忘れてはいませんか？
未発送場合は、すぐに送ってくれませんか？
発送済みの場合は、荷物の状況を調べたいのでトラッキングナンバーを教えて下さい。

また、私達は8月15日に注文した商品の中で、バックオーダーになったシーツのサイズ変更をお願いしました。
変更した商品は送ってくれましたか？

According to our warehouse staff, the 8/5 order has not arrived there yet.
Some of those items ordered after 8/5 have already been delivered.
I was wondering if 8/5 order has been missed out?
If that's the case, would you please ship it ASAP?
If already been shipped, kindly advise the tracking number as we'd like to track the delivery status.

Aside of this, within the list of order made on 8/15, we have requested to change the size of the backordered sheet.
Have you had a chance to ship the modified item yet?
