この度は御社及びバイヤーにご迷惑をお掛けしまして大変申し訳ございませんでした。

私の問題は御社のk準備であるLate responsesが10%を超えたことです。

対応としまして、まずは今まで頂いた問い合わせにつきましては全て返信させて頂きました。
問題が発生した理由としてメール担当者が他の業務を兼務していた為に対応処理が送れていました。
この問題を解決すべくメール対応専用のスタッフを1名雇用致しました。
今後はこの体制で再発防止に全力で取り組み、顧客満足度の向上を目指します。

「response」という言葉を見落としてしまったようで、「respond」の方が正確ですね。
つまり「We have employed another employee whose task is only to response email inquires」→「We have employed another employee whose task is only to respond to email inquires」
