第２条（違反時の処分）
私は、本誓約書の定めに違反した場合、次に定める処分をXにより課されることにつき、
異議を申し立てません。
(1) 在籍中：就業規則に基づく懲戒処分、損害賠償請求
(2) 退職後：本誓約書に基づく差し止め請求・損害賠償請求

Art. 2 (Penalties in case of violation)
If I should violate the terms of this oath, I will pose no objection to being subjected by X to the penalties established below:
(1) While employed: disciplinary action and claim for damages in accordance with the rules of employment.
(2) After end of employment: injunctive relief and claim for damages in accordance with this oath.
