競業避止に関する誓約書
この度、私はX（以下「X」といいます）に入社するにあたり、下記事項を遵守することを誓約致します。
第１条（競業避止義務）
私は貴社グループに在籍中、及び退職後2 年間下記の行為を行わないことを約束致します。また、退職時
に取り交わす誓約書の内容を遵守します。

（1） 貴社と競合関係に立つ事業者に就職し、または役員に就任すること
（2） 貴社と競合関係に立つ事業者の提携先企業に就職し、または役員に就任すること

Oath regarding avoidance of competition

This time as I join X(hereinafter referred to as "X"), I swear to observe the following items.

Article 1: Obligation of avoiding competition
I shall promise that I will not carry out the following acts while I stay in your group and two (2) years after leaving the group. I shall observe the contents of the oath that we exchange when I leave the group.

(1) I work for the company which competes with your company or take a position of director;
(2) I work for the company which has a partnership with the company that competes with your company or take a position of director.
