競業避止に関する誓約書
この度、私はX（以下「X」といいます）に入社するにあたり、下記事項を遵守することを誓約致します。
第１条（競業避止義務）
私は貴社グループに在籍中、及び退職後2 年間下記の行為を行わないことを約束致します。また、退職時
に取り交わす誓約書の内容を遵守します。

（1） 貴社と競合関係に立つ事業者に就職し、または役員に就任すること
（2） 貴社と競合関係に立つ事業者の提携先企業に就職し、または役員に就任すること

Proclamation for avoiding competition
I, X (hereinafter referred to as X), declare, upon joining the company, to abide the followings strictly.
Section 1: Avoiding competitions
I hereby proclaim that I will not conduct any of following actions while joining your company group as well as within two years after resigning from your company group. In addition, I will abide strictly the proclamation which will be entered upon resignation.
1.
(1) I will not join any competent company against your company group nor take any position of executives of such company.
(2) I will not join any partner companies of competent company against your company group nor take any position of executives of such partner companies.
