お客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛けして申し訳ございません。

○○様には何度かメールをさせて頂きましたが返信がございませんでした。
誠に申し訳ございませんが２営業日以内に返信がない場合は、
処理的な都合により一旦キャンセル処理させて頂きます。
