商品名に間違いがあり○月○日にメールでご案内させて頂きましたが、返信がなく発送を止めてある状態となっております。在庫はございますので、すぐに発送出来る状態です。
大変お手数ですがメール内容を確認の上、返信頂けますでしょうか？

お客さまからのご連絡がない場合、商品到着後30日を過ぎての対応は出来なくなります。
