6地区コンベンション協議会は7月24日東京湾クルーズ船上で、合同ワークショップを開催。学会の事務局担当者など約60人が出席した。

６地区コンベンション協議会は、仙台観光コンベンション協会、新潟観光コンベンション協会、松本観光コンベンション協会、滋賀県・びわこビジターズビューロー、高松観光コンベンション・ビューロー、長崎県観光連盟・長崎市・佐世保市が加盟する団体で、年間を通じてワークショップや説明会を合同開催し、各団体の連携を活かして活発なコンベンション誘致活動を展開している。

6th Area Convention Council held a joint workshop in the ship that cruises in the Bay of Tokyo on July 24th. About 60 people including those who are responsible for administration of the academic meeting participated in it.

The 6th Area Convention Council is an organization where Sendai tourism convention association, Niigata tourism convention association, Matsumoto toursim convention association, Shiga Prefecture Lake Biwa visitor bureau, Takamatsu toursim convention bureau , Nagasaki Prefecture tourism alliance, Nagasaki City and Sasebo City participate. It holds a joint workshop and explanation meeting throughout a year, and invites convention actively by using the alliance of each organization.
