私たちSalesは、１年間の目標で、目標売上という明確なゴールを定めている。
さらにこれを、明確な目的にするために、１年間ではなく、１週間単位で考えると、より具体的に考える事ができるはずだ。


私は、毎週土曜日に、その週の振り返りと、来週の計画を立てています。
こうして１週間ごとに整理することで、年間目標金額への目標達成や、クライアントと会った数、売上金額などを数値化して、自分の中で整理していきます。
こうして記録をつけていくと、自分の目標金額との距離が、はっきりと見えてきます。

We, sales, set a clear goal of sales amount as a one year goal.
To make it clearer, we can evaluate it in more detail if we evaluate it
not by year but by week.

On every Saturday I check back the week and plan for the next week.
By checking weekly, we can see them in number in achieving the yearly goal,
number of the client we meet and sales amount. In this way. we clarify them by ourselves.

By recording in this way, we see the distance from our goal clearly.
