早速不足分のDVDを送っていただきありがとうございました。
しかし、注文分より多く到着しました。

はじめの注文では"A"は品切れ、"B"は3枚注文したうちの1枚だけ到着、"C"は4枚注文して4枚到着しました。
今回、"B"が3枚と"C"が4枚届きました。
"B"が2枚分、"C"は4枚分多かったのでそれらの代金を支払いたいのですがどうすればよいでしょうか？
お返事お待ちしています。

You cannot alter the meanings of the original text!!
A, B, and C each refer to a title of DVD (the customer did not want to reveal the titles). You cannot omit them in the translation.
