Actually we started an investigation about your package with DHL and they told us, there was a tornado around there so the package got wet and got torn.

We will claim our insurance company about this lost with these pictures. We will let you know.

実はDHLで発送したお客様の商品に関する調査を開始したところなのですが、彼らによるとその地域で竜巻が発生したため商品が灌水、破損してしまったとのこと。
