先日、当社はA社より英国Amazonにおいてクレームを受けました。
理由は御社が日本向けに生産された商品を当社が英国Amazonで販売したことです。
当社ではこの事実を把握し速やかに英国での販売を取りやめました。当社は御社の権利を侵害するつもりはなく、今後一切御社の商品を販売することはありません。
A社にはこの状況を弊社から伝えましたが返信がなく大変困っています。
そこで大変お手数ですが御社もしくはA社より、Amazonに対してクレームの取り下げを行っていただけないでしょうか?
We have received a claim at Amazon UK the other day.
It was due to our selling those items for Japan at Amazon UK.
Promptly we have addressed this fact and stopped selling them in UK. We do not intend to violate your right or what so ever, and for this reason we shall not sell your items ever again.
We have notified A about the consequense, however we have received no response from them.
We are sorry to bother you, but could you please withdraw your claim that was filed against us and/or A through Amazon UK?
