このカメラのプリズムファインダーは
送付前の点検では問題ありませんでした。
私がみずから、確認をしております。
大変恐縮なのですが、プリズムファインダーの
状態を確認したいのですが、写真を撮って見せていただくことは
可能でしょうか？
問題は、責任をもって対処しますので、ネガティブフィードバックを
返すことは、ちょっと待っていただけませんでしょか？

今回、私から購入していただいたカメラについて
ご満足をいただいていない事　大変残念に思います。

I have read your email.
Concerning this camera prythm finder had no problem when it passed the inspection prior to shipment.
I am in charge of the process and duly confirm it by myself.
So sorry to bother you, but is there any way you could show me the image of the damaged item so I could confirm what is wrong?
I will take the full responsibilities to take care of this issue, so would you please give me a moment to work on it before submitting your negative feedback?
