2に関してはFileZillaも利用しています。FileZillaは海外で有名ですかね？
今日、違う環境でも表示してみたのですが、ネットで確認すると<a class="abc">になっているのに
FileZillaでabc.phtmlをダウンロードしてソースを確認すると<a class="xyz">になっていました
