届いた商品が商品説明にある写真と異なるので返金願います。

表面がボロボロで明らかに商品ページにある写真と異なります。
「Picture is an example」
とありますが、あまりにも状態の悪い商品なので納得できません。

I request you to give me a refund because the item I received is so much different from the picture shown on the page of the item description.

This is a picture of the item I received.
The item was already damaged on the surface and it apparently looks different from the picture on the page.
The page says "Picture is an example," but I cannot accept that because the item is in too a bad condition.
