今回突然契約を締結する必要について貴方から知らされ、驚いています。D契約の締結時点で、今回の事態は予想できなかったのでしょうか？活動が停滞する可能性があるため、今回の事態を非常に憂慮しています。

今、我々の懸念している点は以下のとおりです。
１．T社・P社のどちらの名義で登録しても、（D契約を締結しているのはT社であるが）今後の経済活動には支障が生じない。
２．外国法人であるT社が経済活動の主体となることができないわけではないが、必要な手続きは内国法人の場合と比べると複雑になる。

I am utterly surprised to hear from you that we need conclude the contract this time. At the point of time when we concluded the D contract, you could have foreseen this consequense, couldn't you? We are deeply concerned abou this situation since it would affect our activities.

We have the following concerns at the moment:
1. Regardless the registratration being made with T or P (though T concluded the D contract), our future economic activities would not get affected.
2. T as a foreign company, could serve as the key player of the economic activities, it would take more complex paperwork comparing to that of the domestic companies.
