京阪神のMICE広域連携へ第一歩

６月25日、国土交通省の近畿運輸局（大阪市）で、「関西エリアのMICE誘致促進に向けた情報・意見交換会」が開催された。大阪観光局、神戸国際コンベンション協会、京都文化交流コンベンションビューローの誘致担当者のほか、運輸局や観光庁、新関西国際空港の関係者も参加し、大阪、神戸、京都のMICE誘致の連携についての初会合が行なわれた。

同会は連携・協力によってさらなるMICE誘致につなげることを目的に、広域観光を手がける近畿運輸局の働きかけで実現した。

The first step to a broad MICE cooperation of Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe Cities

The “Information and suggestion exchange meeting for attracting MICE to Kansai Area” was held at Kinki Transportation Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

The participants were in charge of promoting MICE from Osaka Tourism Bureau, Kobe Convention & Visitors Association, and Kyoto Convention Bureau as well as from New Kansai International Airport and held the first meeting for attracting MICE.

The meeting came to be truth by Kinki Transport Bureau which has been working for a broad tourism aimed to attract MICE by cooperation of concerned parties.
