以下の件について至急アドバイスをいただけると助かります。

１．Amazonが提供するTracking CodeのうちFedexのSMARTPOSTは追跡できないという問題。

2つ目は、eBay上で表示される予想配送日に、商品が届いていないという問題です。
eBay上で表示される配送予定日は発送地域のFLORIDAと配送先によって自動計算されています。一方のAmazonはStandard Shippingの場合は配送には1週間程度かかるので予想配送日と実際の配送日に乖離が生じます。

2) The second is a problem of the goods not being delivered within the allotted time frame as displayed on eBay screen.
with an estimated delivery date that appears on eBay automatically calculated by destination, shipping to the FLORIDA area. Divergence occurs in the actual date of delivery to the expected delivery date because it takes about one week to delivery in the case of Amazon Standard Shipping.
