以下の件について至急アドバイスをいただけると助かります。

１．Amazonが提供するTracking CodeのうちFedexのSMARTPOSTは追跡できないという問題。

2つ目は、eBay上で表示される予想配送日に、商品が届いていないという問題です。
eBay上で表示される配送予定日は発送地域のFLORIDAと配送先によって自動計算されています。一方のAmazonはStandard Shippingの場合は配送には1週間程度かかるので予想配送日と実際の配送日に乖離が生じます。

2. Problem that the item has not been delivered on the day it was scheduled to be delivered that is
shown at eBay.
The scheduled delivery day shown at eBay is calculated automatically by Florida where it is sent
and the address to which it is sent.
In the meanwhile, at Amazon, it takes about 1 week to be delivered by standard shipping, so there is a difference
betwwen the scheduled delivery day and the day actually delivered.
