DHLへのクレーム申請に対するあなたのサポートに感謝します。
ただ、私は今回の件に限らず最近の御社の梱包に強い不満がありますが、
お互いに解決策を模索できないかと考えています。
私が今回クレームを上げた配送では、追加オプションを選択したのに、
保護材がはいっていませんでした。
もし、保護材を入れていただいていたとしたら、
今回の破損は避けられたかも知れません。
今回のDHLによる保障は商品の価値に加えて、送料もカバーされますか？

I appreciate your support for our complainment to DHL.
However, I have strong disappointment about your packing not only this time and I wonder if we both could find solution for this.
The shipping which I complained about this time, though I chose its option. there is no cushioning inside.
If you put the cushion in it, the damage of this time might not happen.
Will you bear the shipping cost too besides item's value by this time's DHL insurance?
