アイテムの画面表示が英語に切り替えれると説明しましたが、初期バージョンのみでした。
先ほど私が本体で確認してメーカーにも尋ねたところ、４月くらいから出回ってるアイテムは日本語と英語の切り替えが出来ずに日本語オンリーとのことです。おそらく他のセラーの売っているアイテムは初期バージョンです。
だから値段が高い。
大変申し訳無いのですが、今回の取引は全額返金の上キャンセルさせて頂きたいと思います。
アイテムを楽しみにしていたのにごめんなさい。

I explained that the screendisplay of the item can be switched to English, but it was only for the initial version.
As I checked on the main unit and asked the manufacturer, the ones available since around April is only in Japanease and you cannot switch Japanese and English. Probably the ones other sellers are listing are the initial version.
That's why the price is high.
I'm really sorry about this, but I'd like to make full refund and cancel this transaction.
